Moving Instructions

Renovation Application Form
The majority of renovations require approval from The Board prior to the commencement of works. Painting of internal walls and re-carpeting does not require an application. Residents also need to complete a renovation deed in addition to the renovation application. Please note a $2,000 bond is required with your application.
When submitting an application, please note that all related costs from Easthaven considering and responding to your application, including project management and property management consultation costs, will be applied to the subject unit procedurally.
